I have no hesitation in recommending Chris Flaskas, Director of Vella Build to anyone contemplating building a new house. Having witnessed Chris’ attention to detail in every aspects of a recently constructed dwelling adjacent to my property, as well as his timely completion of the building - would undoubtedly be favourable considerations for any prospective new home owner.
Chris the owner of Vella is a man that is only looking to please himself and sadly his ego. I found his behaviour towards women in general to difficult to hear, he speaks down to women and as if he is the higher authority and he wants to make all decisions. He doesnt respect or want to hear what imput the woman has to share and he is bossy with his words. We'd highly recommend Chris and his team from Vella Build to any Sunshine Coast residents who value quality workmanship, attention to detail, regular communication and being respectfully heard and involved throughout the process.
