First off, I am picky on whom cuts my hair or touches my hair. Anywho, I found this place when I use to work around there and it was close to work. The owner there, Lorena, she was very friendly and kind and understanding of how I wanted my hair cut. And even gave me suggestions for future. I had a very disappointing experience. I called to confirm if they were accepting Groupon customers, and they told me not to buy the Groupon but to take a screenshot instead. They assured me they would provide the same service at the same price. However, when we arrived, the situation was completely different. They demanded extra payment for toner for hair color and claimed that the color shade we wanted was not included in the Groupon deal, even though this was not mentioned anywhere on Groupon.
