I rent an apartment from Roberto Veliz for over a year now and it has great price and location. They do need work but what you pay is what you get. It's the maintenance guy Leo who you need to worry about if you decide to rent from Veliz. Leo slacks and waits for last minute to fix anything on a property... Other than that make sure you read and understand the contract. Make notes and ask questions. They like to switch up things once in awhile so careful!!!

I would not utilize these services if it's your first time buying a home. Mr. Veliz would not respond to the realtor and was extremely rude when I contacted him. Left the closing date up in the air and wouldn't provide updates. It was a mess. It's a difficult process, and the professionalism I received made it 10 times worse.
