We were hired by Derek for post-construction cleaning services and have been working with him for over a year. He is very professional, organized and all of the jobs are always done on time for us to go in. Their builds are always completed in very high quality with lots of care. We highly recommend Velin Homes, working with them has always been amazing!

Derek hired me to wire a few of his projects in the East Kootenays. He was always quick to reply to emails and texts, and if he didn't have an answer he would be on it to get one. He took on some roles with the homeowners as well when it came to figuring out what exactly they wanted in their custom lighting set up. Which helped me stay on time with the build. As a character story when I was working for another contractor near his personal home he invited me in for non-work related conversations and a tea. Good, solid dude!
