My experience with doctor Valdez for one she has been the best doctor that will take the time to explain in detail and keep explaining until she figures you got it no other doctors have ever explained or took time to make me understand anything to me she is the bomb and I’m going to be really said if she starts thinking about retiring before I’m gone cause she is the best
I've been.going to the Nightingale clinic over 15 years. Doctor Velez has saveed my life at least 3 times. She is simply the best and goes above and beyond the duties of a primary care physician Thank You So Much
I was a patient for 25 years. She now only see's 5 walkins a day. To get an appointment it's at least 3 months out. Because I went to see her old NP she dropped me. Emergency apparently can only happen 3 months out or get there at 6 am to be one of the 5 people seen. I'm ashamed of the entire practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
She's so great. She takes her time to really understand your situation.
