We discovered a leak soon after moving into our new house. This plumbing team was the only one to respond quickly and fix the problem right away. From beginning to end, they were professional, friendly, and did excellent work. The warranty company made things complicated, but Jacob helped us handle everything and made sure we got what we needed. The whole manifold needed replacement, and Jacob managed to take care of it all in just one afternoon. We’re very thankful for the great service and would absolutely recommend them.

I highly recommend a plumbing service for any plumbing needs. This was my second experience getting a pipe leak fixed, and they didn’t let me down. i've relied on a plumbing team for all our plumbing needs since moving to north salt lake. they've been knowledgeable, friendly, and professional each time i've called. so far, they've replaced our kitchen sink and bathroom sink, fixed a leak, offered great advice when our pipes froze, swapped out two bathroom sink faucets, stopped a drip in a bath faucet, and adjusted the shower temperatures to make it hotter. every experience has been excellent. i highly recommend their services!

If I could give Donovan at Velez Brothers Water Heaters a 100 stars, I certainly would. I encountered a really tricky plumbing issue with roots blocking my main drain. I had a terrible experience with another company that left me worse off than before. Instead of resolving my problem, their technician got their snake stuck and left it there, which resulted in sewage flooding my basement and created a big, expensive mess from what should have been a simple fix.
