I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company. When a pipe burst at my house, I called a few plumbers but this company was the only one to pick up right away. They sent Donovan over within an hour, which was a huge relief. Donovan was very professional, worked quickly, and made sure to treat my home with care. I had my whole house repiped by Velez Brothers Water Heaters. Scheduling was really simple, and it was easy to get in touch with their team before, during, and after the work. The price they gave me up front was exactly what I paid in the end, with no surprises. Jacob was an excellent and knowledgeable plumber. He knew just what needed to be done and made sure the repair was solid and secure. He really cared about doing the best job for me as the customer. Jacob went the extra mile, making sure management understood the plumbing issue and saw how important it was to get support services out right away.
