I called at 11 pm for a tow I had two flat tires and broken rims, the tow truck driver came it looked like he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and wanted to leave me stranded on the highway. He did not want to let me hop in the passenger of the tow because he had a person with him. He decided to let me ride in my car while he towed it.
