I was speaking with Gus about getting a refund, he was rude and hung up on me in the middle of our conversation.
You need to pay huge return fees, 25% fee, if you want to return a part. I bought an already broken part and I couldn’t get a full refund. They offered me another part in exchange for the one I had, and it was worse than the one I bought from them previously, it had more miles on it than the one I bought the first time. I was speaking with Gus about this and he just hung up on me, he was speaking very rudely.
I bought a defective part from them, and when I called to return it and get a refund, they said I have to pay a 25% fee. I was actively speaking with someone when they just hung up on me.
