First of all, I can barely ever got ahold to talk to somebody... from being on hold to the phones just not working. I was told I had infectious cells in my urine and I was not even treated for it and the problem only got worse. I had an ultrasound done and told results would come in a day or so... it's been a day and I am not hopeful for a call today either. First time patient and not happy or impressed at all. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, my fiancé and I are expecting a child and the care we've gotten from Dr. Turley over in the OBGYN has been phenomenal, great place!!!
I have been a patient at PCMC for years! Yes I have had to wait a little longer so visits, yes, I've had mix ups and so. However, with that being said, I have always been tried kind And always with respect. Dr. Adams is absolutely amazing and treats me like I am family. I love him! His nurse, Sherry Underwood is the most precious, kind hearted compassionate nurse there is! I love her to pieces!! Thank you for all you do!! Continue the good service!!

I've been going to Primary Care ever since I can remember. They possess a great staff who are knowledgeable and friendly! Sherry Underwood is one of the great professional and friendly faces who greets you with a warm smile! She is a wonderful young lady! No one likes going to see a doctor or nurse, but she makes the experience more "enjoyable."
Spent 2 hours with Dr. Joyce and her great nurses. They always go the extra mile for my babies. Lillian had to have blood drawn twice and two X-rays it is refreshing to know that you are not a number.
Hospitality was excellent and nurses was very considerate and concern for our health
I presented with a swollen arm. I c/o pain and restricted range of motion. I was sent away with no test. I later found the nurse had lied in the notes that she put in my chart. In the mean time I began periodically throwing up large amounts of blood. it wasn't until traveling to Nashville for medical care that I was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis.
