I don’t know how Diane Mahoney has been in business for over 40 years. Her demeanor is cold and insulting. She is completely unhelpful. She doesn’t provide any assistance. Go anywhere else for help.
Velco Insurance was assigned as my broker by CareFirst. My business is very small and while Tim Cook has always been pleasant on the phone - he promises much with no follow-through. I have been trying to simply add a dental policy, perhaps a vision policy as well and I have yet to have meaningful information sent to me.
