If I could give less than one star I would. He doesnt even deserve the star I am required to give in order to do a review. WORST. Visit of my life. Waited MONTHS in pain and constant flares for this appointment. Expectations were high. The Limp fish handshake, already got my hairs up. Wish I could get less than a 1 star. He Dismissed all my symptoms only for me to get a second opinion at WashU and had actual testing/ imaging done and then was diagnosed.

Dr. Velazquez didn't seem to listen to me during my visit. This was corroborated by his visit notes, which did not accurately or clearly describe my symptoms or pain. He condescended to me, at one point telling me I should "take this seriously." Dr. Velazquez seemed annoyed when I asked him follow-up questions about the statements that he made. For example, when I asked him to help me interpret some of my bloodwork and x-rays, he said that was "not what he does" and to follow-up with my PCP with follow-up questions. Dr. Vela... read more
Seemed nice in the visit but he and his resident, Dr. Choudhary were completely dismissive after. No one bothered to notify me of test results or to follow up in any way. I messaged with questions and concerns, receiving perfunctory answers.
