Velazquez is a scam artist would not recommend for anyone. Velazquez does not do honest work he just wants to keep taking money from you. I tested Velazquez’s honesty and work ethic by asking my mom to take her car for a check up I knew what the problem was the car just needed an oil change and Velazquez told my mom she needed to change the whole transmission and was gonna cost her over $2,500. Was referred to them by C.A.R.S Protection Plus for issue with my turbo charger for my 2014 Ford Escape SE. I had the vehicle for one week. They removed the turbo charger, informed me it was defective. Filed a claim with C.A.R.S Protection Plus and the claim was denied. I took it to Ford Service Center and found out that a clamp securing the tube for the turbo charger was not fitted properly and was missing.
