I used this tax service for two years. My first year went smoothly, which is why I returned this year. I filed in early February and paid $160 for the service. The filing process itself appeared to go fine, but the issue came afterwards. By the end of April, I still had not received my refund and had to follow up multiple times. When I contacted my assigned preparer ( ISAIAS GONZALEZ), the responses were vague and not proactive. I was told not to worry, and later advised to call my bank myself.
