I suggest you never use this contractor...unless you enjoy being swindled. I joined in a contract with the owner, Manuel Holguin, and he refuses to complete the project, although he has already been paid. He has told me numerous times he will finish the job, but he hasn't been back since I paid him, which was over a month ago. The contract calls for him to finish within 7 days. I will never use this contractor again.

The most horrible experience. They not only left all the trash from the job they left beer cans, cigarettes and told me that cleaning up the trash was not part of the job. They purchased many many items under my bill and the owner tried to say that was not stealing. The worst workmanship I've EVER seen from a "licensed" contractor. Nice job! Their customer service is 5 star. They kept me updated daily on my project with notes and photos. They even have a customer portal where you can see the progress. Very well organized. I will use them again for my next project.

Excellent job. They are very organized and the quality of work is great. They remodeled one of our rental properties and did an awesome job. Will use again.
