Please do not use this man, he is rude and has zero bedside manners. We ask questions concerning our grandfathers condition - with my grandfathers permission- and would completely dismiss us and told us to stop talking. He would not tell us what cancer my grandfather has, as he would say 'why do you need to know, you cant do anything anyways'. Also he had the preapproval for his medications but told us he hadnt, we had proof from the insurance company they has sent it a week prior. Save yourself the grief and look elsewhere ... read more
There has been nothing but positives since my treatment began under the supervision of Dr. Raizen. His staff and medical team have given individual attention to me. I appreciate the care and kindness I receive from his office. Answers are quickly available for any questions or problems which have occurred. I am very satisfied with my experience.

We have been using Dr. V for 15 years. He is an outstanding doctor in both oncology and hematology. His skill and knowledge is vast. His empathy and caring far surpasses most doctors. Some of his staff are fabulous; others not so much. The wait times can be long and this is very frustrating. My biggest issue with his practice is the wait times. This doctor is not worth your precious time you have left on this Earth. Even his staff knows what he is like. Stay far away from this unprofessional and condescending man. Yes, Velasquez. I WILL continue to let the world know the truth about who you are.
Dr. Raizen is a member of my dream medical team. He is smart, practical, and extremely committed to patient satisfaction. He helped to save my life. He is responsive and has a Fanta bedside manner. I highly recommend him.
I just called the office to try to schedule an appointment after being referred by my PCP. Dr. Raizen was unavailable for the remainder of the month and I need to be seen as soon as possible. I requested to be seen by another doctor within the practice as my case is pretty serious and the receptionist proclaimed " I can not schedule you with another doctor because these doctors have relationships with one another and we will get something told to us if I do that."
