I called the franchise on Friday to get a quote. I was told that my list of needs would come to about $1,000.00. I made an appointment for This morning (Monday 8/10/2018). I dropped my car off at 8:30. I was told that I would receive a call when the vehicle was being worked on and evaluated. At 1pm I called to ask about the vehicle and was told it was just now being looked at and would receive a call shortly. At 5pm I called back and was told they were still looking at the vehicle. I took my car in first thing when they open. I was told it will take 2 hours. I went back in 2 hours and was told my car was not done. It will be another 2 hours. I asked them numerous time, are you sure it will be ready in 2 hours? I was told yes. I went back and it was not even start on it. They told me it will be 2 to 3 more hours. I said, I asked you numerous times, if you are sure it will be ready. You kept telling me yes. They took someone that came in after me car before mine.
