You would think bringing your own part would lower the cost, WRONG. I got quoted $800 to install coils, went somewhere else for $200. That was two years ago(24) so Prices must’ve gone up by now. Anyways, I call today to ask how much to install a downpipe they told me 140 while another location told me $50-60, YES another Velazquez. Stay far away from this location You’re safer driving a few miles more and saving $100
I’d honestly give zero stars if at all possible. This place has really gone down hill over the years with no regard for proper customer service. 12/8/25 I dropped off my bmw to have the catalytic converters and o2 sensors replaced, I trailered my own vehicle there instead of paying for a tow because the old converters were completely clogged and not work risking the engine damage. Fast and friendly! I asked if they could show me what's going on as I like to try and fix my own things. They gave me the rundown of what they suspect to be the problem. I did have them fix my muffler, price was decent.
