A dependable shop with compotent mechanics. Price was important but not the only factor. Honestly is. Still the best policy . I was quoted by another shop who was closer to my housr.as a needing a complete exhaust system before I went to Velasquez,for a quote on the repair. There quoted price was hundreds less.than the previous place. And i didn't need a whole system to start with. Shop and then go to Velasquez. Just hard working people.
Difficult to work with in regards to insurance. Everything was ok via the insurance was advised to pay deductible and they will work with the business, but the business said they can't do that and have to pay everything up front, seems kinda shady.
Told to wait 10 min then he went to back was there for over 35 no nothing didn’t even come out to update while could hear them in the back office laughing doing we was only customer there not suprised if I could give 0 would no wonder it’s always empty
Auto zone referred me to go here for my headlight bulb replacement. The desk clerk was so nice and down to earth. They replaced and checked to make sure my headlights were balanced and working. I’m so grateful thank you!
