A month ago I sent a package to Mexico and it hasn't arrived yet. I understand that now with ColOVID-19 things were delayed but I have been trying to communicate with Velazquez Multiservicios for 2 weeks and they do not contract the telephone. It just says I can't leave a message. Very bad service.
