Purchased a Chevrolet Cruze 2018 AS IS so I was very aware the nature of the car. The car was exactly as shown online in person. The price was great and the customer service I received was great. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my very first car purchase, and doing a lot of research I've heard plenty of horror stories about others' experiences at "steal"-erships. From the time I called about a vehicle James and Cruz were excellent easy to communicate with and find the vehicle I wanted this was the best experience in purchasing a vehicle and on top of that sold my old vehicle with in an hour can you say AWESOME. Professional, Quality Cars, A-1 Customer Service. I couldn't be more impressed with a dealership. James was transparent, fair, honest, and most importantly legit. In a world full of scammers he was a breath of fresh air. The total experience was a walk in the park. he provided us with a fair price, offered financing options, as well as gave us a Carfax report without us even asking. I definitely recommend Velasquez auto sales 10/10. I look forward to purchasing from them again.
