Very honest and kind people. Super family oriented owner. I recommend calling and asking about any car you’re interested in beforehand. They’re super transparent throughout the entire purchasing process and will let you know what’s going on every step of the way (just ask). Purchased a Chevrolet Cruze 2018 AS IS so I was very aware the nature of the car. The car was exactly as shown online in person. The price was great and the customer service I received was great. They stayed in direct contact during the whole process. And even followed up afterwards. I want to thank them for being patient with me in a busy world and making my purchase from another city. James was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my very first car purchase, and doing a lot of research I've heard plenty of horror stories about others' experiences at "steal"-erships. Professional, Quality Cars, A-1 Customer Service. I couldn't be more impressed with a dealership. James was transparent, fair, honest, and most importantly legit. In a world full of scammers he was a breath of fresh air. The total experience was a walk in the park. he provided us with a fair price, offered financing options, as well as gave us a Carfax report without us even asking. I definitely recommend Velasquez auto sales 10/10. I look forward to purchasing from them again.
