DO NOT RECOMMEND! This orthodontist is unprofessional and uncaring. While a patient there, I was told I have abnormally large teeth which is why my teeth were not aligning. (I have to disagree). When I simply asked about one tooth in particular, he very awkwardly scooted near my ear and asked if I remember how messed up my teeth were? Again, I would have to disagree. RecommendedOverall, my experience here, was beyond amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, all of the staff were very warm and welcoming! I’m very excited for my journey to having a beautiful new smile with these amazing people! Would highly recommend! ❤️

I went to Vela to get my lingual bar re-attached to one of my teeth. The staff was so nice and very professional. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes! I highly recommend them!
Went in for a consolation and my daughter came out with braces. Highly highly recommend Dr. Vela and his staff. We went to the Alice location and had the best experience ever.

I absolutely love this place. They always remember who you are, all the staff are so friendly. They get the job done quick. They try to not freak you out even if you are scared of people in your mouth. I absolutely 100% recommend them.
