I really hate bad customer service, things happen and everything can’t be controlled but I moved in Jan 13th and have been complaining every day since. I can barely reach the leasing office and when I did they convinced me to stay in my apartment while the try and fix a noise coming through my apartment and they have not fixed anything and I’ve just been living miserably for over a month, this unit is so uncomfortable due to the fact that I can hear everyone who comes in and out of the garage downstairs, it’s so unfortunate ... read more
Just wanted to say that Jessica P has been very very pleasant and easy to work with. She is thorough and works hard to make things right. Such refreshing to have someone like Jessica on board to take care of tenants like us. She’s a Rockstar!!
Jessica is the best, she’s always very responsive and puts in extra effort whether it’s to renew the lease or dealing with any requests. I don’t know how the building would operate without her and she is very much appreciated as my go to contact in management!
