I reached out to them on instagram asking for photos of the ring I wanted to buy just to compare different gold karat weight before deciding to purchase and they responded immediately! They were super helpful. My fiancé ended up purchasing the ring for me and it came in perfect condition and looks exactly as pictured/as we hoped!! Definitely will be purchasing from here again. :)
