Thank you for doing our building inspection on Dalley Street last week. They say not to get too attached to property when looking to buy a house but as you know we did when we found this nearly 100 year old beauty! Pedantic attention to detail (just what you want in a home inspection) but practical about that meant for us. We were buying from interstate and appreciated the team's communication throughout the process to keep us informed.
