I'm writing this on behalf of my mother as she is not tech savvy. Anyway here goes her experience here was the worst. She came in with really bad cellulitis a huge wound. She said the doctor was very rude to her as he grabbed paper towel wet it and began to scrub her leg, as she screamed out in pain the nurse holding her said "Oh come on you're a big girl!"
