This was my first visit to a vein clinic and an overall great experience. I was welcomed and escorted in without a wait, then treated by friendly and knowledgeable staff members, technician Ashley and NP Jacqueline Cook. They were both professional, caring, patient, and good listeners. They were able to answer my many questions and address concerns. I felt confident and comfortable in their care. Unfortunately I need to give 1 stars, I had my Varicose veins treated in 2020 and then again in 2025, now less than a year later the varicose veins reappeared so I tried to schedule a follow up but I was told on the phone there is nothing they can do as they no longer accept my insurance. I scheduled with another practitioner and it turns out that two of the veins reopened!
The staff is very pleasant and efficient. During my treatment I was given excellent care. Through out the procedure, my vein specialist asked if I was feeling okay. When I was done the specialist asked if I had questions for her.
