Very disappointed and frustrated by: the customer service, lack of transparency, and billing team. Had I known the headache and stress my consultation would have caused, I would have never booked an appointment.

Having completed nine procedures at this clinic, I can confidently say that the team is consistently professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with during every visit. I have already recommended Dr. Saraf's practice to my friends and family, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone experiencing difficulties related to vein health.
This place is a scam. They billed my insurance for over $8000 and they did not even provide any treatment for me. The first visit they had me watch a video and they looked at my veins with a special equipment. And the doctor came and had maybe max $10 minutes with me. When I asked a question about the treatment he asked if I did not watch the video and did not even care to answer my question.
I had such a positive experience with this office. From the very first visit, everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely made me feel comfortable. The facility is clean and well organized, and everything ran so smoothly. I never had to wait long and always felt like things were explained clearly and at my pace.
