I’m so sick of fake google reviews, which seems to be the case with every second business nowadays. First of all, dr Cortes is not even at this location. In fact, there are no doctors at this location. There’s a PA and a technician who does the ultrasound at initial consult. Then they want you to come back to go over the results, and then schedule a procedure if needed. I was there about a month ago. Before my appointment, I called and provided my insurance info. Pleasant environment, friendly staff and follow-up to vein procedure a few months ago. Ideal location.
The staffing are very friendly. My doctor was very informative with everything; the whole process with the procedure, he demonstrates which vein(s) will be removed using the ultra sound. The insurance team were also helpful and they went in depth explaining the whole process. I'd recommend anyone because it is a life changing experience.
