I visited this clinic on June 16 for a consultation and was told that the staff would contact me once they received approval from my insurance company. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I called the office several times to ask for an update regarding the insurance approval and my treatment appointment, but despite my repeated calls, no one ever got back to me.
