Received a bill in the mail a month later for a $50 no show fee. When I attempted to contact the office to dispute because I was sick and had not confirmed the visit for that reason, I was routed to outsourced billing in Ohio. Several other vein shops in the greater Charlotte area. Have my $50, not my business.
A great place to go. They are great with veins and have exceptional customer service. They are always accurate.
