Not good customer service, office manager was very inconsiderate.
I’m appalled at the low quality of customer service by the office manager. She tried to change my scheduled follow up appointment to a time in the afternoon that was not possible for me so we agreed on a morning time. That morning, I called to communicate that I was would be slightly late due to traffic and was told that it would be okay as there is a 15 minute grace period.
