I’m appalled at the low quality of customer service by the office manager. She tried to change my scheduled follow up appointment to a time in the afternoon that was not possible for me so we agreed on a morning time. That morning, I called to communicate that I was would be slightly late due to traffic and was told that it would be okay as there is a 15 minute grace period. Worst place, poor communication, new hire poor experienced workers answers the phones and not commuting their mistakes. Don`t go there.
