I’m appalled at the low quality of customer service by the office manager. She tried to change my scheduled follow up appointment to a time in the afternoon that was not possible for me so we agreed on a morning time. That morning, I called to communicate that I was would be slightly late due to traffic and was told that it would be okay as there is a 15 minute grace period. Dr. Larssen is a fine physician. in a routine checkup for a suspected vein) issue he did an ultra sound and discovered a blood clout. He could have saved my life. So 5 stars!! I had to take away a star for his failing to approve the refill prescription for a blood thinner, without providing an explanation to me our the pharmacy. Seemed so out of character for this fine doctor.
