Fantastic great people love my legs again
Very good experience, starting when I first got a call to set up my appointment, to leaving after a procedure. The staff is very friendly and helpful, knowledgeable about what they do, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you get there.
I had an incident come up where I no longer had the money on hand to cover the payment not covered by my insurance. I called to cancel my appointment and was told that my insurance covered everything and I didn't owe any additional amount. I get the procedure done and then am presented with a bill of $300. They lied to me in order to get me to continue with the appointment. Update: Billing called me back to work out my payment.
