Should be called “The Cardiovascular Doesn’t Care Group” This place sucks, seen Dr Sales earlier this year and he couldn’t be bothered to examine me and told me nothing was wrong without even spending minimal effort. Here I am now getting an ultrasound from a place that actually cared and found out I have a cyst/mass pushing on my artery behind my knee which was sadly wasted time going to this place months ago. Dr. Sale, Liz and the entire staff were professional and caring.
From the initial phone call to the last suture this experience was seamlessly perfect. The person on the other end of the phone was always incredibly helpful and attentive, the office staff is beyond warm and inviting, and Dr. Sales is the pinnacle example of professionalism mixed with the best bedside manner I’ve ever bared witness to.
