Very caring staff. Karen took time to explain the whole process to me very clearly and patiently. I was seen by a medical assistant and a nurse practitioner who also explained things to me very clearly during the examination. An ultrasound was ordered that is done at their office to get a clearer picture of what is going on under the surface and we will go from there with the recommended treatment if any. I had my 2nd procedure completed on my right leg yesterday with Tam Tran NP, but he's a doctor to me. He explained each step as he was doing the procedure. Very caring and such a calm demeanor. His assistants, Adam and Sophie are so knowledgeable and have great sense of humor. Receptionist, Karen, is friendly, always a smile as she welcomes you. Such a friendly environment and l highly recommend Vein clinic in Kamuela. They are professional but what l truly embrace is the "ohana " atmosphere.
