I don’t know how this place stays in business. The staff is kind and empathetic, but the way they operate—from call centers to scheduling to simply knowing what an appointment is for—is completely dysfunctional and incompetent. The reviews from the past 18 months reflect my own experience. I had an ultrasound in September/October and, due to insurance, expected a six-week wait for the procedure. I would give negative stars if I could. Take my sincere advice and go elsewhere. This clinic never followed through with the steps needed for my care and you can never speak with them. I had the initial 2 appointments - Aug 2023. I did not hear back from them and after weeks I tried to call them but was never able to reach the clinic to discuss next steps. With Vein Clinics of America I had an excellent physician and qualified staff providing seamless care. Since USA Vein Clinics took over all their offices there has been a major decrease in office efficiency and care at the Brentwood facility. I went for my appointment, waited over 30 minutes to see the physician in attendance. After a very brief exchange the doctor (wearing dirty, dirty tennis shoes) announced he would be leaving in 2-days and could not provide any care past his initial interview. UPDATE: 2 years later this clinic has now gone back and billed my insurance company for the same procedure twice. Insurance has confirmed that this item has already been paid out and that this facility is in fact trying to double dip. 2 years and 3 months later I am still having to fight with the clinic and my insurance company due to their HIGLY unethical billing practices. Worst company customer service. I don’t know how this company was able to take over another company, especially one that actually knows how to provide customer service and a very streamlined operation. Calling their customer service line is a joke, as you get passed around with no resolution. Cannot get medical records. Office personnel cannot help with anything as they just tell you to call their 800 number and the circle of frustration continues.
