Don't due business with these people, we bought all new lifts from them, and we have had problems from day one with a 14000lb alignment rack, we are now three years into owning this rack and they will not even answer your calls or take care of warranty issue. Pretty much the worst company i have ever done business with. Save yourself the headache and do not buy Rotary lifts unless you need more problem and want really bad service.
I highly don't recommend this business. Especially, the head HR lady Nancy Sobeck Reese. She is unprofessional and uses tactics that aren't supposed to be brought into the work environment when working with people who work at the plant. Uses her own emotions and personal life into the work environment which is bad for business and this company!
very bad customer service, this company has no morals their employees destroy fishing rods and assault people for fishing
