Horrible customer service. They spam you with calls. As soon as I answered the phone I was greeted by a very scammy sounding representative who then transfers me to a so called manager. They need a new manager if this is true. She was rude and the fact she thought she was able to speak to me, a customer, in such a demeaning and scummy way in order to sell a service makes me think she’s way too comfortable doing this. I continue to receive phone calls from them almost every day and every time it sounds like a scam. When the person who calls tries to transfer me to a supposed manager every time I hear random noises and scattered voices. Sounds like a cheap scam. I’ve been transferred to a “manager” one time and she became extremely rude and loud with me on the phone after explaining that I needed clarification on her reason for calling. Called me and when I asked what the company’s name was Sabrina told me “car parts” I asked her to repeat herself and she got silent and quit responding. I called back and some other lady told me another name. Quit doing cold calls. The CSR are horrible and scammers. They also told me they were in Texas while calling from an Ohio area code. When I questioned that the lady starting gaslighting me telling me that want true when it’s on my caller ID

Great company and their staff, had pickup from there took -30 minutes and then tarp it, if no truck behind you they do allow tarp inside otherwise they have giant yard and can do there as well.
