Your call center called me for a solicitation of a extended warranty and couldn't tell me what vehicle it is. Long story short I habe a Harley-davidson and your group doesnt even service motorcycles. Get your information straight before you call. Your staff hung up on me several times when I asked questions like what vehicle, who do you represent, what business do you have with my dealership. I just received a phone call from this company & the female caller wanted to know if the vehicle that I financed was still in good working order. She gave me the exact date of the financing. I advised her that I didn't appreciate her having my information & she hung up the phone. What kind of fraudulent scam business is this? Are the dealerships selling our information?
