We were on a road trip with our RV. We had a cracked aluminum and needed a tire change. Fortunately, we were able to make it to a campground before the tire was flat and not drivable. We contacted AAA and within minutes Dan was at our site. Amazing service - highly recommended!!
My son was run off the road by a Jeep that was in a hurry during slick and dangerous road conditions, and ended up in a ditch. I called several companies for help to have his truck pulled out and was told they were busy call back in a couple of hours. Dan was wonderful, he said about an hour, and he also called back to inform me of approximate time, and also called my son to reassure him that he would be taken care of. Dan is awesome. Really great guy, he came out when no other roadside service would. If it wasn’t for him I may have been stuck out there all night in the blistering cold . After trying all of the local and area tow services for a truck that used dolly's to lift the vehicle off of the ground we went to GM Roadside assistance. Dan had to come from 70 miles away and could not have provided better service. Don't be afraid to use 844 jump you for your towing needs. Reasonable price as well.
