Was assured that the price we were charged would cover the cleaning we asked for. When we warned that the van carries multiple children and pets, the response was "No problem! That's what we're here for". Took the van in at 8:30am on Monday and was told the van would be ready before 5. Later in the day, I'm told the job was bigger than they expected and in order to get the clean we asked for, it would be an additional 100.00$.
