Had some issues with the fittings on a set of brake lines I bought off these guys. At the start Rod was friendly and willing to help, but after a few emails with photos of the issue were sent I never heard back from him. It has now been over a month with no email response or any form of communication so I definitely wouldn’t recommend purchasing brake lines off these guys as they use dodgy fittings and aren’t willing to help resolve any issues you might have with them.
Rod from VMN could not have been more helpful. Prices were good and service great. Pleasure to deal with and highly recommend.
I had urgent need for some bottle jack accessories. The staff were friendly and efficient and spent some time with me ensuring the parts were the correct ones for my Toyota bottle jack. I made the order on Sunday and the parts were here in time for me on Wednesday (in Sydney). Thanks team .. great service!
