Contacted to discuss coding for my Skoda. The person gave simple practical advice which allowed me to troubleshoot the problem. This was not the case for others I contacted who either said no or tried to book an appointment with one quoting £90 plus vat to diagnose and £140 plus vat to do any coding. First impression is just an honest service out to make customer service better and not try just to get you in the door. Would recommend and will keep details just in case for the future.
