New team here, ex employees I think. Decent people, good at their job. Will be my first call ongoing for car body repairs.
They've gone bust.didnt tell any customers or the insurance companies.peoples cars are inside in bits can't get them out.
Originally told me 3 to 5 days for repair 4 weeks later its been moved to another garage Very poor communication Originally the were going to supply a curtacey car then there was a 3 week waiting list for one Insurance company is dealing with an official complaint The garage have never phoned me to keep me updated
Like most people who were recently trying to get their cars repaired , if it was driveable , there was a long wait prior to car input. When being repaired I was updated regularly and the standard of repair was excellent.
Was not a pleasant experience. 2 stars as I finally got my vehicle back after 12 weeks.
