I set up a time about two weeks ago to come out and detail a car we plan on selling this upcoming weekend. The day and arrival window came and went. About an hour past the arrival window I called and left a message. I understand this is a human service. Mistakes happen. He called me a couple hours later telling me he lost his phone. First let me say I am a little OCD and protective when it comes to my cars. I always detailed them myself and washed it every weekend. I take pride in my cars so I was very uneasy to have someone else do anything- especially when I was at work unable to see what was going on. Reason I asked VAS to come detail my car was actually because they use Chemical Guys Jet Seal and I had never put a sealant on my car since i don't have a buffer or clay bars.
