The best customer service I have ever experienced... I purchased a Darche awning from these guys and I noticed a few parts where missing. Paid for a rocky stage back mount bike rack on the 16/3/22 happily took payment then informed might be low on stock. 28/3/22 called to chase up, informed item was coming and would be sent on 1/4/22. 4/3/22 called to check progress, told item still not in stock, due to arrive late this month. The item is still listed in stock on both eBay and their website. Do not buy this product from this company they don’t have it. I would not purchasing without contacting them directly first.
