If I could give them a zero, I would. My car was towed from another car shop to them. It took them almost a week for a timing change. Every time Tammy called it was a different and higher price. It cost me a little over 3k to fix. I could have put in a new engine for that. After I picked it up, I noticed the engine was loud. It was shaking because they didn't tighten the motor mounts after repairing. Took it back to them, left it over night and they said they couldn't find a problem. During a recent cold spell, a rat of all things, decided to make a nest in my 2010 ford fusion. Chewed thru some wiring. The car ran, but there a rough idle and sluggish acceleration. Talked to Tammy and made an appointment. Talked to Mike the morning of, and he told me they would check it out and take care of it. They went above and beyond.
