I recently bought a house and they came to fix some issues that we had. They didn’t seal the hole for the outside of the house from the sump pump so bugs and rain could get in the house. They serviced the furnace before we bought the house and didn’t properly attach the exhaust tubing, leaving exposed to the outside elements. I could see light from the inside. We've called these jokers three times in the past few years and each time they said they were too busy and would call us back. They never did call back, so we ended up getting others to do the work. Three strikes and they're out for good.

You guys really need a new scheduler. She was rude on the phone gave us a ring around and never called us back as to why we didn't have a plumber out to install our new hot water tank today. I find it ridiculous that the other lady answering the phone couldn't look at a schedule to give us answers. It would be nice if when we scheduled a day we actually got a time and people actually came out. Do not believe this was the plumbers fault. But the scheduler should be fired.
