I never thought such a negative experience was possible in a Canadian dental office. I was mislead and lied to. I was treated so badly that I left mid-treatment and had the work finished at a different dental office. The College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta are being made aware so that they can protect the public from practices like this.
I went in this morning for an emergency tooth extraction and as someone who hasn’t been there yet before, they made swift work of it, took maybe 20-25 mins when they got me in the chair and they helped me out so much. I feel so much better. Thank you!!!
Ever since I switched to this office I have had a great experience. Di-Anna has such great customer service. I love the fact she takes into consideration of my family’s needs. She does an amazing job of understanding us and coordinating my big family. I also want to mention Monica, she is so pleasant and really great with my children. I swear because of her my kids actually don’t mind going to see the dentist. I appreciate you two! Keep up the great work!
