Worst clinic ive ever encountered and it sucks it’s the only one in town. Don’t say it’s a walk in clinic then have 15 older people line up outside in the cold just to come out and say walk ins are closed Definitely gonna start recommending the residents of Vegreville to take the time to go to a different clinic because this certainly can’t be considered one
I have been going to this clinic for years and my family physician is amazing, the reception staff and the nurse are professional, polite and caring.
I’m starting to get very upset about this place. They constantly shut down everything because Drs don’t show up or they cancel all together because they have other things to do. They won’t let you schedule three months out but will only see you every three months. Walk-in in constantly cancelled. I make appointments for a checkup or medication refill and they call often to change the appointment to a later date. They don’t honour their appointments but expect you to honour yours. Don't do it. Went 2 days ago. Odd concoction of drug prescribed almost killed me and only looked in mouth- no tests. Am currently in hospital after being life flighted out yesterday to city.
Senior's wait 1.5 to 2.5 hours past appointment times to see a doctor at this clinic. This practice is unacceptable and shameful. My mother waited over 2 hours last week again. This happens all the time to her and other seniors at this office. Despicable! Why make appointment times and not adhear to them in a resonable amount of time? I understand that the doctors also work with the hospital however, no one ever comes to the patient in office and tell them why their appointment is LATE.
