Best vegan food in Albuquerque right now, and it's not even close. They uncompromisingly capture all of New Mexico's culinary brilliance, while only using plant-based ingredients. There's no mimicry or compromise here, this is the real deal, this is New Mexican food. Something so meaningful for those of us who grew up in the state, but went vegan later in life. We always go to Vegos when we are in ABQ! Most likely 2 times a trip!
After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It didn't disappoint. Ordered the Buffalo Tenders and chips and salsa and it was Delicious. Staff was welcoming . Will be back when I visit .
Was delicious and would definitely recommend vegan or not!
