We just went to veggie grille Carlsbad after waiting patiently for our food for 45mins ( ordered at 6:05pm ) then at 6:45pm we politely asked for a refund. The guy said ‘ fuck them ‘ whet his colleague Cynthia said ‘ yeah right ‘ . Why is it wrong for a refund after a 45 min wait when the door says ‘ why wait’ . We needed to leave and already waited 45mins therefore felt it was reasonable to ask for a refund . We only asked for a buffalo sandwich and capers sandwich and sweet potato fries . Nothing else ! . Today, July 3rd, I called and ordered a super taco salad from the location in Westgate, San Jose. The salad comes with two piece of small taco. Both pieces were so old that It was very hard to bite on and chew them. I called the store and this lady answered. I politely told her about the tacos being very hard and asked to make sure this doesn’t happen to another customer. She said she would. Hi my name is Maggie . Ion November 17 th veggie grill had a promotion which was but $30 gift card and get $10 reward. I did purchase $150 but they lied!!! They did not give me any credit!!!!! That is cheating!!

I received OUTSTANDING service at the Veggie Grill at 8000 W. Sunset Blvd. on Friday, 10/4/2019. My friend and I were greeted by Azul; she was friendly and welcoming, explained some of the choices and accommodated me by replacing harissa with hummus on my wonderful salad. She offered drinks, and was exceptionally gracious. She epitomizes the best possible customer service. The same with Fernando. I am supposed to be at an event today at the new Toluca Lake restaurant and need to call them. There is no phone number listed anywhere, which is unusual for a venue about to open. I tried calling the corporate office after 9am (normal business hours) to see if they could give me the phone #, and the only options are to press zero for Operator or to use a directory for which you need to know the employee's exact name. Hello,I'm a avid veggieGrill client. I Love the entire menu,but i do have my all time favorites. One of these being the B wing salad. I used doordash to get delivery of my bwing salad on March 2nd 2019. I went right in and dove into my salad. As soon as I pulled the fork out, I saw what I thought was a roasted walnut. I have been going to the VEGGIE GRILL in Long Beach since it opened! I believe TODAY will be the last time I go to VEGGIE GRILL. My sandwich was so dry and barely luke-warm. The Yukon fries were not even warm and there were a lot of potato pieces over cooked and not anything I would eat! It was such a disappointment...Things are not good like they use to be. We use to go to VG every Sunday, but your menu has changed a lot, not for the better! No chili, no onion rings, no chop chop salad, no bayou chicken, no portabella fried mushrooms, very disappointed & now rarely go. Most of your new items are not appealing, especially the fried cauliflower, yuck ?? Please rethink your menu, I'm a vegan, yet my family, who liked your food are not & none of us are impressed with your changes ??

I went with my sister and Mom to the Veggie Grill in Torrance on Sunday, 2/1/15. I called ahead to make sure a take out gift certificate could be used for dine in. The staff member answering the phone listened to me and then put me on hold to ask the manager. He came back and said it would be o.k..
